As an EAP customer, our Critical Incident Response service offers wellbeing support following significant events impacting your staff, such as workplace accidents or sudden illness or loss of a team member.

Our team is equipped to provide urgent onsite attendance to address both the immediate needs of the affected individuals and the organisation as a whole.

In addition to onsite assistance, we provide remote strategic support via phone or video consultations to assist your key leaders effectively manage the incident and ensure the wellbeing of their teams.
